I offer both in-person and online counselling for teens and adults, from a private clinic conveniently located in Central.

Each counselling session is 50 minutes, and the fee is HKD 1,300.

Many people find that meeting weekly helps build momentum and supports meaningful progress. For some, a short course of 6–12 weeks is enough, while others prefer to continue for longer - it all depends on your own goals and what feels right for you. Together, we’ll collaborate to shape your objectives and find the approach that feels right for you.

I draw on a blend of evidence-based practices, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Mindfulness - weaving them in a way that’s tailored to you and your journey.
